FIXED ASSETS / FROM ACQUISITION TO DISPOSAL

See the value and the history of every asset.

Enter every fixed asset in the register. Follow its useful life, its depreciation and the changes from the purchase to the disposal.

  • An organized asset register
  • Depreciation and values in view
  • Connected to the books

Everything you need. In one workflow.

  • Asset register

The inventory number, the person responsible and the location, the dates of acquisition and commissioning, the cost, the useful life and the tax category.

  • Depreciation plans

An accounting and a tax plan for every asset — with the depreciation charged at every month and the tax depreciation for every year.

  • Current carrying amount

The asset's cost, its accumulated depreciation and its carrying amount at a month you choose.

  • Connected bookkeeping

Name the purchase the asset was acquired with — Cove takes its name and date from it and capitalizes the same expense.

  • Sale, scrapping and disposal

Disposal on a sale, scrapping, a shortfall or a donation — with its entry and the VAT adjustment when one is due.

  • Moving from another program

Import the register or take it from the annual SAF-T file, with the depreciation already charged on every asset.

An asset's history doesn't get lost in separate files.

Start from the purchase the asset was acquired with and follow its later accounting in Cove. The key details, the depreciation and the journal entries stay connected.

TWO PLANS FOR EVERY ASSET

Accounting and tax depreciation — from one register

The accounting plan follows the useful life, and the tax plan the register under чл. 52 ЗКПО with the categories of чл. 55. Depreciation starts in the month after the asset is put into service.

  • Charging the month

Cove drafts the depreciation entries — for missed months too — for you to post.

  • Tax depreciation — into the tax return

The tax plan's total is the figure for the annual corporate tax return, and both plans go into the annual SAF-T.

  • Nothing is guessed

An asset without a tax category or rate stays out of the plan, and Cove names it.
