FROM OPPORTUNITY TO PAYMENT

Move every sale forward. With a clear next step.

Follow the whole process — from the opportunity through the quote and the invoice to the payment, together with the communication around the deal.

  • Visible deal progress
  • Clear deadlines and owners
  • An orderly communication history

Everything you need. In one workflow.

  • Sales opportunities

Log opportunities for new and for existing clients.

  • Stages, dates and owners

Track the deal's stage, its expected close and the colleague who owns it.

  • Tasks and next actions

The next step you promised becomes a task on the board, with a due date and an owner.

  • The deal's communication

Calls, meetings, emails and notes on the deal's record, beside its quotes and documents.

  • Custom price lists

Prices for a group of clients or for one client — per article and per quantity.

  • Prices with a validity period

Give price terms a validity period, or use them with no end date.

Don't lose the next step between emails and notes.

See what stage an opportunity is at, who is working on it and what comes next. Tasks and communication stay tied to the sales process — and the invoice for the deal turns the opportunity into a client by itself.

PRICE LISTS

The agreed price — on the invoice by itself

One article can have several prices. A list applies to a client or a group of clients, and when you issue a quote or an invoice, Cove fills in the price you agreed.

  • Group and individual lists

For every client with a given tag or for one particular client, plus a default list.

  • Prices per article and per quantity

A different price above a set quantity, for each article on its own.

  • With or without a validity period

A list applies from and to the dates you set, or always.

  • Included from the Business Essential plan

Price lists live in Stock and apply to quotes, proformas and invoices.
